Study Hebrew
Study Hebrew in Beijing at Culture Yard
Culture Yard offers interactive Hebrew private classes. Taught by professional teachers from Israel, the classes are suitable for all students interested in the Hebrew language and the Israeli culture and Jewish traditions.
Our Program
Culture Yard’s Hebrew program was developed by Culture Yard’s team with the assistance and guidance of Shoshan Brosh-Vaiz (PhD)D), a resident professor in Tel Aviv University and Hebrew language and culture lecturer in Beijing University (PKU) and Beijing Foreign Languages University (BFSU).
The classes follow the “Hebrew from the Beginning” teaching method and are accompanied by flashcards, Hebrew and Israeli music, Power Point presentations and additional media. “Hebrew from the Beginning” uses the “teach Hebrew in Hebrew”-approach which has been successful in teaching Hebrew to new immigrants in Israel. During the classes the students will get familiar with the Hebrew language as well as the Israeli culture and Jewish traditions.
The courses follow the international level definitions of Hebrew studies as set by the Hebrew and Tel Aviv universities in Israel.
